🚨 KAF WARNING: DO NOT TRUST CALLER ID! 🚨
Scammers can now fake our phone number (Vishing technique) to make it look like KAF Digital Bank is calling you.
They will create panic (e.g., "Your account has been hacked!") and pressure you to provide your OTP/TAC or transfer your money to another account which they claim is "safe."
REMEMBER: KAF Digital Bank WILL NEVER ask for your OTP/TAC or instruct you to transfer money via phone call.
3 KEY PROTECTION STEPS:
END THE CALL & CALL THE AUTHORITIES BACK: Do not entertain suspicious calls, even if the ID looks legitimate. End the call and contact KAF directly through the Official KAF Hotline (from our website/card) to verify.
DO NOT PROVIDE OTP: Your OTP/TAC is your secret, for your transactions only. Do not share it with anyone, including "bank officers."
REJECT "SAFE" TRANSFERS: "Security" accounts do not exist. It is a scammer's account.
Stop, Think, Act.
