1. What is the KAF Digital Bank RM8 Setel Voucher Campaign?
This is a collaborative promotion between KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) and Setel running from March 2026 to May 2026. Eligible customers can earn an RM8 Setel voucher by meeting specific banking and top-up requirements.
Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
Malaysian citizens aged 18+ who are new KAF DB Savings Account-i customers (onboarded from 15 February 2026) are eligible. Participants must also successfully top up their Setel account using their KAF DB Debit Card-i.
3. How do I earn the RM8 Setel voucher reward?
Download the KAF DB app, activate a Savings Account-i, and perform one successful minimum top-up of RM8.00 to your Setel e-wallet using your KAF DB Debit Card-i. Ensure both apps use the same phone number.
4. Is there a limit to how many vouchers are available?
Yes. The reward is strictly limited to the first 50,000 eligible customers who complete the required mechanics. The campaign will end once this limit is reached or in May 2026, whichever occurs first.
5. How many times can I receive the RM8 reward?
Each eligible customer is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) reward throughout the entire campaign period. This limit applies regardless of how many qualifying top-up transactions you perform during the timeframe.
6. When and how will I receive my Setel voucher?
Once your eligibility is verified, you will be notified via the Setel app. The RM8 voucher will be credited to your Setel Inbox or Rewards page within seven (7) business days.
7. Can I exchange my RM8 Setel voucher for cash?
No. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. Additionally, usage of the voucher is subject to the specific terms and conditions set by Setel.
8. What should I do if my voucher hasn't arrived?
If you haven't received the voucher within seven business days after completing the steps, contact KAF Digital Bank Customer Support below
