New year, new tactics. Scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated with the use of AI technology, such as voice cloning and highly realistic deepfake videos.

Remember these two critical steps to protect your accounts:

i) Hotline 997: If you suspect you have been cheated or notice suspicious transactions, immediately call 997 (NSRC), which now operates 24 hours a day for emergency assistance.

ii) Never Share Info: Banks and the police will NEVER ask for your password, PIN number, or TAC code via phone calls or WhatsApp.
