Raya Outfit 2026: Don’t Let Raya Turn Into a Scam Story 👗
Raya outfit hunting is in full swing. While we are busy matching family colours, scammers are just as busy creating fake Instagram or TikTok accounts using photos of well-known boutiques and offering prices that seem too good to be true.
It may look attractive, but it’s a trap.
i) Don’t Click Too Quickly
If you see a “WhatsApp Order” link with unbelievably low prices, pause before clicking, especially if it asks you to log in to your online banking to pay a deposit. That’s a red flag 🚩
ii) Check Before You Transfer
Before transferring any money, verify the seller’s bank account or phone number through the Semak Mule PDRM portal. Taking one minute can save your Raya funds.
iii) Keep Your Card in Sight
When shopping at crowded booths or pop-up stores, always keep your card within sight. Whenever possible, tap it yourself and avoid handing it to others.
Dress up for Raya! Just don’t let your money disappear first. 🛡️
